We are also pleased to announce that Resort Management Company, LLC (RMC) has been selected to provide on-site resort management and hospitality services for Beach Villas. RMC's executive management team includes John Toner, who has 25+ years in the hotel and hospitality industry with the Ritz Carlton Hotel Company. The other executives of RMC have many years of experience in residential, resort real estate and commercial management in Hawaii. All are dedicated to operating Beach Villas facilities and amenities in a first class manner. Joseph Yamaoka, an established executive in the condominium resort industry, will be serving as
General Manager, and will oversee the resort operations, facilities and staff. Mr. Yamaoka
