PBR HAWAII, a planning and landscape architectural design firm that has been in business for more than 35 years, has provided exceptional design services for various Centex Destination Properties (CDP) projects in Hawaii since 2002. Their role in the Beach Villas at Ko Olina included site planning and landscape architectural design for the 7.4 acre project site. PBR HAWAII played a key role in working with CDP and the project design team in creating a relaxing outdoor environment for Beach Villa residents. They were also the responsible design architect for all exterior landscape and hardscape elements, including the glass tiled lap pool, family pools, keiki pool, pool deck areas, koi pond gardens and other site garden areas. The selection of tropical Hawaiian and exotic landscape plantings, and the use of natural materials, reinforce the leisurely resort lifestyle that Beach Villas residents will enjoy.
